Intelligence for complex decisions

As complexity grows, return to first principles.

Archai Pro is a decision intelligence system: the instrument that makes your decision hold up under scrutiny: the day you make it, and years later, when someone asks why.

Context, knowledge, risk, and decision-making in one place, without losing the human element along the way.

You are heard.Your ideas enter the system as evidence, not noise.
You are understood.Context remains connected to the decisions it supports.
You are home.Knowledge, memory, and purpose coexist in one place.
Listening before respondingThe system starts with what is actually happening.
Understanding before techniqueData gains meaning when connected to context.
Belonging before scaleTechnology that supports reasoning instead of erasing it.
We do not try to force an answer. We create the conditions for the right answer to emerge.

Archai Pro combines first principles, organizational memory, governance, risk, and prudence to turn complexity into explainable decisions.

Decisions configured for context

Not every decision calls for the same structure.

Advancing a phase, choosing a path, approving a proposal, or issuing a recommendation: Archai Pro structures the analysis around the decision and the perspectives involved, while preserving human authority.

Advance with clarity

Readiness, evidence, and risks organized for a critical transition.

A direct synthesis: readiness and consequences at the level of whoever answers for the decision.

Multi-agent intelligence

Not just one AI. A team of specialists.

Archai Pro brings together 14 specialized AI agents, 12 available for direct interaction. Explore different perspectives, investigate critical issues, and challenge the analysis before making a decision.

The agents work in coordination to explore context, evidence, risks, and perspectives, while decision authority remains human.

01 · Meaning and clarity

From complexity to guiding clarity.

Projects rarely suffer from a lack of information. They suffer because signals, interests, assumptions, and risks remain scattered, and no one can see the whole system.

  • First principles: separate what is essential from accumulated noise.
  • Living context: connect documents, people, decisions, and consequences.
  • Emerging patterns: make relationships hidden between the lines visible.
  • Direction: turn understanding into actionable choices.

02 · Belonging and continuity

A home for knowledge.

Knowledge should not disappear into folders, chats, and final reports. It must retain its context, authorship, validity, and connection to the decisions it helped shape.

  • Institutional memory: preserve why a choice was made.
  • Connected knowledge: retrieve experience by meaning, not only by keyword.
  • Continuity: let the next project begin where the previous one ended.
  • Provenance: keep sources, authority, and human approval visible.

03 · Decisions guided by principles

Deciding is not about choosing quickly. It is about choosing with reason.

Archai turns each decision into a governed object: assumptions, alternatives, risks, virtues, impacts, and approvals remain connected to the final recommendation.

  • Justice: balance impacts across stakeholders.
  • Courage: make conflicts and difficult conditions explicit.
  • φPrudence: consider context, timing, and consequences.
  • Integrity: preserve the decision's logical path.

04 · Action and transformation

From insight to action. From plan to impact.

Understanding without movement becomes contemplation. Archai turns conclusions into plans, owners, preconditions, residual risks, and evidence of progress.

  • Executable plans: translate the decision into clear next steps.
  • Continuous learning: update recommendations as context changes.
  • Measurable impact: track results and side effects.
  • Operational confidence: know what to do, why, and in what order.

The Archai Pro flow

A complete system for thinking and deciding better.

Each stage receives context from the previous one and returns learning to the system. These are not isolated screens; they form a governed chain of reasoning.

Why this is possible

Graph engineering on Neo4j

Because none of it lives in loose documents. Every piece of evidence, inference, risk and decision is a node with explicit relationships in Neo4j, connected through a traceable analytical chain. That is what gives every claim its provenance: which document it came from, under which lens, and answering which question, reconstructable years later. Complexity underneath; clarity for decision-makers.

MSc  ·  PMI-PMP  ·  PMI-PMOCP

Creator of Archai Pro and author of the First Principles Project Risk Management methodology

A civil engineer and project controls and risk executive, Guilherme brings more than 30 years of experience in megaprojects, capital programs and portfolio governance. His career includes planning and controls leadership for a USD 4.5 billion mining project, global PMO leadership and work across portfolios exceeding USD 40 billion.

Archai Pro grew from the combination of this experience and his research into first principles, translated into a decision intelligence system connecting context, knowledge, governance, risk, human approval and traceability.

What the experience should spark

Before trusting the system, people need to recognize themselves in it.

The FPPRM methodology made me revisit concepts I considered settled. It is not merely one more risk-analysis technique: it shifts the focus of the discussion, rigorously separating evidence, inference, assumptions and context, and it raises the quality of decision governance significantly.
Farhad Abdollahyan 44 years of professional experience · 26 as a lecturer, including teaching Risk Management · four professional certifications in the field · attended 14 of the 17 workshops on the method Translated from the Portuguese original.

FPPRM, for First Principles Project Risk Management: the first-principles risk management methodology from which Archai Pro originated.

“Now I can see what previously felt like only an intuition.”

Recognition: context finds language and structure.

“The tool did not erase my experience; it extended its reach.”

Belonging: human knowledge remains at the center.

“I know which decision to make, and I can explain why.”

Confidence: action grounded in principles, evidence, and governance.
