Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data Archai Pro collects on this site, why, for how long, and what you can require from us. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018, "LGPD"), which governs this site regardless of where you write from.
1. Who the controller is
The data controller is GP LIDER LTDA, registered in Brazil under company number (CNPJ) 43.737.979/0001-98, which operates Archai Pro.

2. What we collect
We collect only what you submit through the contact form, plus a small set of technical data that internet access itself produces. No account is required to browse this site.

An honest request about the open field. We invite you to describe a real challenge — but please do not include confidential information, third-party data or trade secrets. A first contact is not the place for that. If the conversation advances, we handle confidentiality under a proper agreement, before any sensitive detail.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to you and hold a conversation or demonstration;
- To assess whether Archai Pro fits your case, and prepare a proposal when it makes sense;
- IP and browser identification are used for security only — to curb automated submissions and form abuse. We do not use them for advertising or behavioural profiling.
We do not sell, rent or hand your data to third parties for marketing. We do not use your data to train artificial intelligence models.
4. Legal basis
- Pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 7, V) — you approached us to evaluate a product; replying fulfils that request;
- Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) — for form security only (IP and user agent), kept to the minimum necessary.
5. How long we keep it
24 months from your contact. After that the record is deleted automatically by a daily routine — it does not depend on anyone remembering. If you ask for deletion sooner, we erase it once we confirm your identity.

Sending email through Resend constitutes an international transfer of data (LGPD art. 33), limited to what the message needs to reach us. Otherwise your data is stored on a server in Brazil.
7. Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies and carries no third-party trackers. No Google Analytics, no social pixel, no heatmap, no advertising. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. The database is not exposed to the internet, and server access requires a cryptographic key — there is no password login. Access to contacts is restricted to the people who need to reply to you.
9. Your rights
The LGPD (art. 18) grants you, at any time and free of charge, the right to:
- Confirm that we process your data and obtain access to it;
- Correct incomplete or outdated data;
- Delete your data, or anonymise/block whatever is unnecessary;
- Obtain portability and learn who we shared it with;
- Withdraw consent and object to a given processing;
- File a complaint with the ANPD (Brazil's data protection authority).

10. Changes to this policy
If anything material changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Changes that broaden the use of your data will be communicated before they take effect.
